Downloads and extracts a truncated version of a multiplexed TMA from a cohort of non-small cell lung cancer patients (NSCLC4301).

This truncated version only includes the two cores in the top-left corner of the image with only 6 channels (DAPI, E-cadherin, Vimentin, Pan-Cytokeratin, CD20, and CD3). The full dataset is available at https://zenodo.org/record/15226841/files/nsclc4301.zarr.tar?download=1.
